Ok, didnt do too well today as forgot to take the camera with me after playing about with the 'food' setting this morning while making my lunch! Did well on the healthy eating if not the photo with kiwi and blueberries on my weetabix for breakfast and then lunch/snack through the day of couscous with olives, tomatoes, peppers, corriander, feta, apricots, cranberries, sultannas, rasins, pine nuts, sunflower seeds and black pepper! And then went swimming this evening after after a 2.5 hour University meeting this morning and a productive session on the computer this afternoon! Blimey, i'll be shattered tomorow! Hehe!
Only downside - forgot to ride in with waterproof trousers today which ment soaking wet jeans this evening as the roads are now covered in a sloppy snowy mess! Its going to be interesting out there in the morning if it freezes tonight!
20072009 healthy eating starts today!
while i was having treatment i lost a load of weight. partly due to lack of alcohol (no bad thing) and then being on the 'too miserable to eat' diet (one i'm not planning to repeat any time soon)
i'm currently hovering around the eleven stone mark, which due to only being five foot four is bordering on the overweight border in terms of BMI.
so the plan is to aim for losing half a stone by september. and if that goes well, maybe another half stone by december.
and i've started that process today by cutting out the bread and having a salad instead :-D
